Action Academy

At Action Air, our mission is to train the next generation of heating and air professionals. Action Academy is offered year-round for install, maintenance and service technicians. Action Academy will teach you the fundamentals of heating and air while you get paid!

• You will spend half of your time in the classroom learning about heating and air and in our lab you will learn about duct design, airflow distribution and CFM.
• Action Academy is a mixture of classroom and hands-on learning. We also offer EPA Certificate Training and testing that will help you jumpstart your career.
• You will learn about brazing refrigerant lines and HVAC components and their functions. Action Academy is a mixture of classroom and hands-on learning. We also offer EPA Certificate Training and testing that will help you jumpstart your career
• We are excited to welcome you to the Action Family! We end each week with a barbeque.
